| Our data products consist of fully orthorectified and georeferenced digital imagery that we actually fly ourselves. From beginning to end, the flow of capture, process, quality control and delivery remains in-house. This ensures the client of the best results and provides them the convenience of one-stop service and support. Both the individual frames taken during flight and the seamless mosaics built from them are orthorectified and georeferenced. This gives the client the option of using the larger mosaic, or, if his ROI is contained in a single frame, the convenience of loading the much smaller-sized frame onto his laptop or Palm Pilot for use in the field. At GeoData Airborne, it's all about giving the customer maximum convenience, utility and flexibility in the use of the data. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Our image products are structured for maximum cross-platform usability and flexibility. Our standard image/reference configuration is the
commonly
used bitmap format (.bmp) with a companion "world" file (.bpw). The most rapidly-opening type of uncompressed image file, bitmap is readily and
easily used by practically every GIS and technical platform available, including ArcGIS/ArcView, ERDAS, ENVI, AutoCAD version 12 and later....the
list
goes on. Should the client have a special need for other formats, JPEG and TIFF versions can be produced, if they advise us of this need prior
to our quoting the
job. Most deliveries of data are made by mailing on an optical disc, but we can also hand-deliver via portable hard drive. In some cases, FTP transfer can be used. Turn-around times are, with rare special exceptions, far less than the weeks and months-long waits that have been common in the industry. |
